We are proud to have a strong, caring and hard-working learning support team which makes significant contributions to students’ engagement and progress in school. We are looking for a diligent, honest and hard-working colleague who will be committed to supporting our students to become the very best people that they can be.
This will be a challenging but extremely rewarding position which often involves working closely with some of our most vulnerable and challenging students. Duties include working in partnership with teachers to foster effective learning for all pupils in order to access the full curriculum and to provide support to those students that are particularly weak in literacy, numeracy and basic organisation skills. In addition, there will be opportunities to provide 1:1 and small group intervention. If you have the patience and the stamina needed to make a difference to our students, then we would love you to apply.
Experience of working with secondary age students is desirable.
