Dear Parents & Carers

Important Changes for Students Entitled to School Transport

We would like to make you aware of important changes to school transport arrangements.  With effect from Monday 4th November 2019 Ipswich Buses SB465 between Willsham, Barking and Needham Market to the school are being withdrawn.  This will also mean that re-allocation of pupils on the bus SB464 is required.  Please also be aware that the SB464 will no longer go via Grinstead Gardens, but will travel via Foxglove Avenue, Needham Market Instead.

Your child will either be transferred to First Buses ECSTO Service 88, that will call at various stops along the High Street in Needham Market, or Ipswich Buses SB405. The service 88 bus timetable, SB464 and the SB405 have been uploaded to our school website.

All parents will have received a letter from Suffolk County Council transport and all pupils will have been issued with a temporary bus pass, a new plastic card will follow in due course.  It is essential that all pupils use the appropriate revised route/bus otherwise there is the potential of overloading and for safety reasons the drivers may refuse travel.

We have set up a page on our school website with copies of all relevant letters and bus timetables for your information.  You can access these by following the link: https://www.stowhigh.com/parents/school-transport
